be done.   This is not a formal lab - just turn in sheets. Read 199-204   Skip 

196-198  Do summary problem, Page 206 &16, 43, 44, 49, 52, 59

Tuesday -  Read 879-884 do ex. 1,2.

Do the calculations for part of the lab you did today A & D.

Read handout from last chapter - know how a softener works.

Read Appendix A-15{bottom} to A-19.  You need to know log & ln to do the HW 

for  tomorrow.  You will also need to know logs for other chapters, learn 

them NOW!



Wednesday -  Read 884-894 do ex. 3, 4, 5.  Write up rest of lab, due 

Thursday.



Lottery: A tax on people who are bad at math.



Thursday -  Read 899-907 do ex. 8.  Page 910 do problems 2, 4, 8, 9.

Do summary problem skip part d & e



Laugh alone and the world thinks you are an idiot. 



Monday -  Read 908-910,Problems 10, 12, 18, 20, 22, 26.

Get act together so can ask good review questions tomorrow. 

Time is the best teacher; Unfortunately it kills all its students. 



Tuesday -  Review for test.rotating help sign

 Out of my mind. Back in five minutes.


Putt's Law: Technology is dominated by 2 types of people 
	1. Those who understand what they do not manage   
	2. Those who manage what they do not understand.



Wednesday -  Read 209-221 do ex. 1-->5 again work these out in detail.

Read lab [#8 Heat effects] over. Not formal. Start to work on advanced study 

assignment and 4 questions. These should be done by Thursday when you come in.



There are 3 kinds of people: those who can count & those who can't.



Thursday -  Write up lab. Due Friday.  Get your L.P. phone # or a friend to 

call to help!

17 [This is a lot today- sorry.]



It is impossible for an optimist to be pleasantly surprised.



By the end of Chapter 10 know the BOLD groups on page 928 table 26.2, read 

bottom of 927-> 930 do problems 11, 12, 13 page 949I will just give you 

simple ones on that test.  Make flash cards, flash your self!
